  • Debt collector calls client and leaves message on her answering machine. Message is a threat from collector that he is going to show up at client's place of employment to get money from her. We obtain cash for client, plus attorney fees.
  • Client is sued by insurance company. We defend at Arbitration hearing and client wins. Client owes 0 on claim.
  • Client sued by Midland Funding. We attend DJ hearing and win. Client owes 0 on claim.
  • Client has defective Suzuki Forenza. We present PA Lemon Law Claim. Cash settlement plus attorney fees for client.
  • Debt collector attempts to collect on a claim where client has already been sued and won. We present claim to debt collector and obtain cash compensation plus attorney fees. Claim is settled in about 30 days.
  • Client has defective Ford Explorer. We present Magnuson Moss Warranty Claim. Cash settlement plus attorney fees for client.
  • Citizens Bank sues client. We file objections. Citizens unable to find correct documentation and withdraws lawsuit. Client owes 0 on claim.
  • Client has defective Ford Focus. We file Magnuson Moss warranty claim. Cash settlement plus attorney fees for client.
  • Client has defective Jeep Wrangler. We file Magnuson Moss warranty claim. Cash settlement plus attorney fees for client.
  • Asset Acceptance sues client. We file objections. Court orders case dismissed. Client owes 0 on claim.
  • LVNV sues client for $8000. We file objections. Court orders case dismissed. Client owes 0 on claim.
  • American Express sues client for $19000. We file objections. American Express amends its lawsuit. We file 2nd set of objections. After argument in front of Judge Wettick, case dismissed, Client owes 0 on claim.
